- Stand on a mat with your legs apart
- Keeping your hands straight and stretched, get into a squatting position
- Navasana– This asana is a go-to for all those busy women who can’t seem to make time out of their schedule. It is also known as the boat pose. It is helpful for women going through PCOS. It is also good for strengthening several body parts including the thyroid gland, thereby regulating TSH secretion. It elongates the spine and thigh bone. It tones abs and thigh muscles instantly.

- Make a right angle between the legs and upper body while sitting on your buttocks
- Make sure to maintain your balance while your legs are in the air
- Halasana– It is extremely helpful in stretching your whole body. Known as the plough pose. It is great for your gut health which helps you in maintaining your weight. It also maintains a healthy metabolism. It might be a little complicated to perform at first but you can excel at it with practice.

- Relax and free your body parts while lying on a mat
- Slightly raising your feet, bring them in the air
- Push back your toes behind the head with the shoulders, neck, and head on the ground, use your hand for the same
- Clasp your hand firmly on the mat
