The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the results for Class 10 and 12 for the year 2024. Students can access and download their scorecards from the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in, and results.cbse.nic.in.

To obtain the original mark sheets, students are required to visit their respective schools a few days after the declaration of Class 10 and 12 results. For online result verification of the Class 10 board exam, students must have their roll code and roll number handy. Notably, last year’s results were released on May 12, 2023.

CBSE has also outlined the schedule for marks verification, obtaining scanned photocopies of evaluated answer books, and re-evaluation of answers. The verification of marks incurs a processing fee of Rs 500 per subject. If there is a change in marks, the communication regarding the same will be uploaded on the official website.

Additionally, students who apply for marks verification online will be eligible to obtain photocopies of answer books for the respective subjects at a cost of Rs 700 per subject. Subsequently, candidates can apply for re-evaluation of answers, limited to the theory portion, at Rs 100 per question.

To check their Class 10 results on the CBSE website, students can follow a simple step-by-step process:

  1. Visit the official website – cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
  2. Navigate to the “2024 Results” section and click on the Class 10 results link.
  3. Enter the Roll Number and Roll Code in the designated fields.
  4. The Class 10 board result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Click on the “Submit” button to view the result.
  6. Download and save the result for future reference.

Furthermore, CBSE will release the results on the Umang mobile app, and scorecards will be accessible on DigiLocker as well. Students can also check their results via Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) by dialing the number 24300699 along with the area code preceding the given number. It’s important to note that calls will be charged at 30 paisa/minute for a single roll number.
