Habits that would make you fall in love with your skin!

Being in love with our skin is what we all men and women hold in common. Another thing that makes each of us sail in one boat is “expecting good skin” that too without putting much of an effort and patience. Even after doing a “skin care” routine before going to bed, most of us complain – “why isn’t my skin glowing?”

The main reason here is, the routine of washing your face prior going to bed and after waking up, is what we consider our “skincare routine” but FYI it’s actually very much more than that!

Consider bringing the following practices in your daily routine for that radiant skin : 

  • Make H20 your best friend: No doubt that applying good products to your skin can bring you your desired result, but have you ever thought of consuming a little more water than your daily consumption? Trust me, this little change will do wonders, it would not cleanse your body from within, but would help as an agent in order to clear your skin with time. 
  • Start your morning with a Detox Drink: Almost after 7-8 hours of sleep, giving your body something that is healthy and light is a good idea. Consider consuming detox water after waking up. It flushes out all the toxins in your body giving you a hydrated and healthy glow from within. You can always mix up some ingredients and make yourself some delicious detox water if you aren’t a fan of plain warm water.
  • Follow double cleansing only: Makeup or no makeup, even if you have just sunscreen on your face, don’t cleanse only with your regular face wash. When you wash your face directly after putting makeup or sunscreen on your face, chances are it won’t get removed completely. One of the most useful tips for glowing skin is doing double cleansing. First, use your makeup remover to clean your skin and then go ahead with your face wash or cleanser. This will ensure proper removal of the products from your skin. 
  • Popping out pimples, big no no: Even after taking care of your skin, and following the skin care routine to the fullest, you tend to have pimples or breakouts on your skin, popping up the pimples isn’t the best solution! Home remedies result in cooling your skin, apply products that are 100% organic and gentle to your skin. 
  • Sweat it out: Ever wondered? How do you glow after walking for 10 mins? It’s because you sweat, and sweat brings out the toxins from the body, resulting in skin glowing naturally. Go for a run in the park or sweat it out by doing cardio at home. You will not just have glowing skin but a healthy body too.
