Ingredients-
Paneer-250 g
Onion- 3-4
Capsicum- 1
Tomato- 2
Ginger- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Green Chillies- 2
Fenugreek seeds- 1 tbsp
Green Coriander- 1 tbsp
Red Chilli- 1 tbsp
Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
coriander seeds- 2 teaspoons salt- paneer masala
as per taste-
1 teaspoon
curd- one bowl
How to make Paneer Punjabi:
First, add oil to a pan, after the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds. As soon as the cumin seeds start to splutter, add chopped onions and saute until the oil releases or turns light pink in color, then add the tomatoes. After the tomato is done, add ginger-garlic paste to it and saute it, then add mole curd to it, continue to shake until the oil comes out of the curd. Then add red chillies, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder to it. Saute this mixture then add salt as per taste. Add water to it as per your requirement and add pieces of paneer to it. After the paneer is done, switch off the gas flame. Remove the paneer from the pan into a serving bowl and sprinkle green coriander on top.
