Controversy over hijab, schools-colleges in Karnataka closed till February 16

Karnataka’s hijab controversy has assumed such a fierce form that now the impact of this controversy is slowly spreading throughout the country. The controversy that started from a college in Udupi, Karnataka, mixed many colors. Some call it a right, some call it an integral part of religion. And naturally, politics also got involved. Gradually this controversy is spreading all over the country. From Aligarh in UP to Malegaon in Maharashtra, Muslim women demonstrated in support of the hijab. She participated in the demonstration by wearing a veil. It was organized by an Islamic organization called Jamiat Ulema A Hind.

On this side, the Supreme Court has refused to interfere in Karnataka’s hijab dispute. The Supreme said that he would look into the matter at the right time. Do not make this issue a national issue. Arguments have also started among celebrities on the issue of hijab. Kangana Ranaut wrote that if you want to show so much courage, don’t wear a burqa in Afghanistan.

Actress Sonam Kapoor also wrote in a post that if turban is a choice then why not hijab. Thus, the uproar over Hijab is at its peak.
