<p><strong>RICE RECIPE:</strong> Rice is the staple food of people not only in West Bengal, South India but also in Gujarat. In Gujarat, a meal is incomplete without rice for most of the people. It can be made in many different ways. Because of this be it biryani or pulao or any other dish. People keep showering their love. Among them, lemon rice is becoming a favorite among people. Lemon rice can be made anytime be it lunch or dinner. It tastes good and also enhances the taste of food by eating it. So reach your kitchen with the following recipe.</p>



<p>To make Lemon Rinas, rice is first soaked and added to it. If you want to make lemon rice at home, then get ready..</p>



<p><strong>Ingredients for the recipe:</strong></p>



<p>Rice &#8211; 2 cups</p>



<p>Urad dal &#8211; 1 tsp</p>



<p>Chickpeas &#8211; 1/2 cup</p>



<p>Rye &#8211; 1 tsp</p>



<p>Gram dal &#8211; 1 tsp</p>



<p>Turmeric &#8211; 1/2 tsp</p>



<p>Whole Red Chillies – 2 nos</p>



<p>Fenugreek seeds &#8211; 1/2 tsp</p>



<p>Asafoetida &#8211; 1 pinch</p>



<p>Neem leaves &#8211; 10-15</p>



<p>Grated coconut &#8211; 1 tsp</p>



<p>Lemon juice &#8211; 3 tsp</p>



<p>Oil &#8211; for growth</p>



<p>Salt &#8211; according to taste</p>



<p><strong>Look at the method:</strong></p>



<p>To make lemon rice first wash the rice and wash it thoroughly. Now soak the rice in water for about 20 minutes. After a certain time, keep the rice in that vessel and mix water and salt in it and keep it on medium gas. When the rice is cooked, discard the remaining water and separate the rice in a bowl. Now take a pan and heat some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add a teaspoon of hing. </p>



<p>After this, mix red chillies, gram dal, fenugreek dal and urad dal. Now let it sit till its color turns light brown. After this mix rye and pulses in this mixture. Let it stay for a while too. Add the neem leaves to the rai tatade and let the mixture fry for 30 seconds. When the mixture is cooked well, mix in the pre-prepared rice. Mix turmeric, lemon juice and salt to taste. Now mix it in such a way that the rice does not break. In this way you can also enjoy the delicious lemon rice.</p>

<p><strong>Material</strong>:</p>



<p>1 cup of rice</p>



<p>2 cups gram flour</p>



<p>1 cup finely chopped onion</p>



<p>1/2 tsp finely ground ginger</p>



<p>1/2 tsp cayenne pepper</p>



<p>1/2 tsp turmeric</p>



<p>2 modified green chillies</p>



<p>1 pinch asafoetida</p>



<p>1/2 tsp cumin seeds</p>



<p>Try 1/2 tsp</p>



<p>1/2 tsp cumin powder</p>



<p>1/2 tsp coriander</p>



<p>Oil for frying</p>



<p>Salt to taste</p>



<p><strong>How to make fritters:</strong></p>



<p>First reheat the rice a little and mash it well. Then mix gram flour, finely chopped onion, coriander, red chillies, ginger. Now mix all the spices cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, ajmo, salt etc. Now shake it well. Keep this mixture covered for 10 minutes. Now add some water to this mixture and make it like a fritter. It does not need to be thinned or thickened. Now heat oil in a pan on medium gas and when the oil gets hot, keep adding the pakodas from the mixture. Fry the pakoras on low flame until golden. You can serve this pakoda with tomato sauce or chutney. Then what to eat rice fritters.</p>
